Lensor ekran karelerini kaydetmez, saklamaz ve hiçbir yere yüklemez. Kareler yalnızca ekrandaki altyazıyı tanımak için bellekte anlık işlenir ve hemen atılır.

Lucy Goods LLC ("Lucy Goods", "biz"), macOS ve Windows için altyazı çeviri uygulaması Lensor'u işletir. Lensor reklam takipçisi kullanmaz ve kişisel veri satmaz.

Ekran içeriği ve çeviri

Lensor ekranınızı yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulama penceresindeki altyazıları okuyabilmek için görüntüler. Ekran kareleri geçici olarak bellekte işlenir; kaydedilmez, saklanmaz ve Lucy Goods'a yüklenmez.
macOS'ta yakalama, macOS Ekran Kaydı izniyle yapılır. Windows'ta yakalama, Windows'un Windows.Graphics.Capture arayüzüyle yapılır ve yalnızca seçilen pencere ön plandayken çalışır.
Her iki platformda da yakalama seçtiğiniz uygulamayla sınırlıdır: masaüstünüz, diğer uygulamalarınız ve bildirimleriniz yakalanan görüntüye dâhil edilmez. Görüntü ayrıca altyazının bulunduğu ekran şeridine kırpılır. Ses kaydedilmez ve imleç yakalanmaz.
Altyazı tanıma (OCR) tamamen cihazınızda çalışır: macOS'ta Apple'ın Vision çerçevesiyle, Windows'ta Windows'un kendi metin tanıma servisiyle. Tanınan metin bu aşamada cihazdan çıkmaz.

Çeviri motorları

Cihaz üzerinde çalışan (çevrimdışı) çeviri. macOS'ta Apple Çeviri Mac üzerinde çalışır. Windows'ta Lensor'un kendi çevrimdışı çeviri motoru vardır; İngilizceden Türkçe, Arapça, Çekçe, Macarca, Tayca, Ukraynaca ve Vietnamcaya çeviri yapar. Motor, ilk kullanımda seçtiğiniz hedef dilin çeviri modelini models.lucygoods.app adresinden indirir; indirme sırasında bu içerik dağıtım ağı, dosyayı size ulaştırabilmek için IP adresiniz gibi olağan bağlantı bilgilerini işler. İndirme tamamlandıktan sonra motor tamamen internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır ve çevirdiği metin cihazdan çıkmaz.

Bulut çeviri motorları (isteğe bağlı). Windows'ta DeepL veya Microsoft Azure Translator; macOS'ta DeepL, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI uyumlu bir uç nokta veya kendi sunucunuz. Bir bulut motorunu açıkça seçtiğinizde Lensor önce izin ister, ardından yalnızca tanınan altyazı metnini o sağlayıcıya gönderir. Ekran görüntüsü gönderilmez. Sağlayıcı bu metni kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler.

Tanınan metin doğrudan cihazınızdan seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider; Lucy Goods'un sunucularından geçmez.
Bulut çeviri sağlayıcılarının API anahtarları macOS'ta Anahtar Zinciri'nde, Windows'ta Windows Credential Manager'da saklanır ve kimlik doğrulama için yalnızca seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gönderilir. Bu anahtarlar bize gönderilmez, bulutta yedeklenmez ve cihazlar arasında senkronlanmaz.
Tüm bulut çeviri izinlerini istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz. Lensor daha sonra cihaz üzerindeki motora döner.

İsteğe bağlı hesap

Lensor hesap açmadan kullanılabilir. Giriş yapmayı seçerseniz kimlik doğrulama işlemcimiz Supabase'dir; Supabase bize bir hesap kimliği ile e-posta adresini (Apple'ın özel aktarma adresi olabilir) sağlar. macOS'ta Apple veya Google ile, Windows'ta Google ile giriş yapılabilir. Bunları yalnızca isteğe bağlı Lensor hesabını doğrulamak ve yönetmek için kullanırız. Bu veriler analiz verileriyle eşleştirilmez. Oturum jetonları macOS'ta Anahtar Zinciri'nde, Windows'ta Windows Credential Manager'da saklanır.

Hesabınızı uygulama içindeki Hesabı Sil yolundan kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem Supabase hesabını ve hesapla ilişkilendirilebilen kayıtları siler. macOS'ta bir Apple yetkilendirme jetonu mevcutsa silme servisi Apple ile Giriş yetkisini de kaldırır; mevcut değilse Lensor, Apple'ın resmî yetki yönetimi yönergesini açar. Hesabı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; abonelik, satın aldığınız mağaza tarafından yönetilmeye devam eder (macOS'ta Apple, Windows'ta Microsoft Store) ve iptali oradan yapmanız gerekir.

Destek talepleri

macOS'ta uygulama içindeki Bize Ulaşın formunu göndermeyi seçerseniz formda görünen ad, e-posta, konu, mesaj, uygulama/build sürümü, yerel ayar, lisans durumu ve Mac modeli bilgisini toplarız. Talep, yanıt verebilmemiz için Supabase'de saklanır; Resend onay ve destek e-postalarını işler. Windows'ta uygulama içi destek formu yoktur; destek için doğrudan support@lucygoods.app adresine yazarsınız ve yalnızca bize gönderdiğiniz bilgiyi almış oluruz.

Lensor bir destek talebine ekran görüntüsü, altyazı/çeviri metni, parola veya API anahtarını otomatik olarak eklemez.

Teşhis dışa aktarımı yerel olarak oluşturulur ve siz açıkça kaydedip göndermedikçe cihazınızda kalır. İçeriği uygulama/işletim sistemi/donanım sınıfı bilgisi ile olay adları ve sürelerinden ibarettir; kalıcı teşhis dosyalarında altyazı/çeviri metni, kimlik bilgileri, e-posta, seri numarası veya IP adresi bulunmaz.

İsteğe bağlı anonim analiz

PostHog (EU) analizi siz açıkça İzin Ver'i seçene kadar kapalıdır. İzin verirseniz Lensor, rastgele bir kurulum kimliğiyle sınırlı ürün olayları gönderir: uygulama açılışı, çeviri başlangıcı, seçilen dil çifti, seçilen çeviri motoru, çevrimdışı modelin indirilmesi, çevrimdışı motorun kapatılması, hesap girişi/çıkışı/silinmesi ve satın alınan ürün kimliği. Olaylara uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi sürümü ve donanım/işlemci bilgisi eşlik eder.

Adınız, e-postanız, Supabase/Apple/Google hesap kimliğiniz, altyazı veya çeviri içeriği, ekran görüntüsü ya da API anahtarları gönderilmez. Ekran yakalamadan türeyen hiçbir veri analize dâhil edilmez. Lucy Goods rastgele analiz kimliğini hesap ya da destek verileriyle birleştirmez ve uygulamalar/siteler arası takip için kullanmaz.

Analiz iznini uygulama ayarlarındaki ilgili seçeneği kapatarak istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. İzin geri alındıktan sonra yeni analiz olayı gönderilmez.

Satın alımlar

macOS'ta aylık abonelik, üç günlük tanıtım amaçlı ücretsiz deneme ve ömür boyu satın alım Apple tarafından StoreKit üzerinden işlenir. Windows'ta aylık abonelik, yedi günlük ücretsiz deneme ve ömür boyu satın alım Microsoft Store tarafından işlenir.

Lucy Goods ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz. Lensor erişimi açmak için mağazanın imzalı lisans durumunu cihazda okur. Analiz açıksa yalnızca satın alınan Lensor ürün kimliği yukarıda açıklandığı şekilde PostHog'a gönderilir.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve güvenlik

İsteğe bağlı kimlik doğrulama için Supabase, izinli analiz için PostHog EU, çevrimdışı çeviri modelinin dağıtımı için bir içerik dağıtım ağı kullanırız. macOS'taki destek formu için ayrıca Supabase ve Resend kullanılır. Lucy Goods adına işlem yapan hizmet sağlayıcılardan veriyi bu politika ve geçerli hukukla uyumlu biçimde korumalarını isteriz. Ekran kareleri bu sağlayıcıların hiçbirine gönderilmez. İsteğe bağlı bulut çeviri sağlayıcılarını doğrudan siz seçip yapılandırırsınız; gönderilen metni kendi politikaları kapsamında işlerler.

Veri aktarım sırasında şifrelenir. Uygulamanın sakladığı kimlik doğrulama jetonları ve çeviri kimlik bilgileri işletim sisteminin kasasını kullanır (macOS Anahtar Zinciri, Windows Credential Manager). Yalnızca hesap silinirken Apple yetkisini kaldırmak için tutulan Apple ile Giriş yenileme jetonları saklanmadan önce şifrelenir ve normal uygulama kullanıcıları tarafından erişilemez.

Saklama ve silme

Ekran kareleri hiçbir süre saklanmaz. Her kare yalnızca analiz edildiği an bellekte bulunur ve hemen atılır; hiçbir kare diske yazılmaz, önbelleğe alınmaz veya iletilmez. Tanınan altyazı metni de saklanmaz; çeviri ekranda gösterildikten sonra bellekten düşer.
İsteğe bağlı hesap verisi hesap var olduğu sürece tutulur ve Hesabı Sil'i kullandığınızda silinir.
Destek talepleri, aktif bir uyuşmazlığı çözmek veya yasal zorunluluğu karşılamak için daha uzun süre gerekmedikçe en fazla 24 ay tutulur.
İzinli anonim analiz olayları en fazla 24 ay tutulur.
Yerel tercihler, kimlik bilgileri, indirilen çeviri modeli ve teşhis dosyaları siz kaldırana, ilgili ayarı sıfırlayana veya uygulamanın verisini silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
Hizmet sağlayıcı yedekleri sağlayıcının yedekleme döngüsünde zamanla silinir; yasal zorunluluk dışında silinmiş aktif hesabı yeniden oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.

Erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebi için support@lucygoods.app adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talebin doğrulanması gerekebilir. PostHog analizi bilerek hesap veya e-posta adresine bağlanmadığından bir hesap e-postasıyla bulunamaz.

Verinizi asla reklamverenlere satmayız veya paylaşmayız, uygulamalar/siteler arası takip için asla kullanmayız.

Lensor does not record, store, or upload screen frames. Frames are processed transiently in memory only to recognize on-screen subtitles, and are discarded immediately.

Lucy Goods LLC ("Lucy Goods", "we") operates Lensor, a subtitle-translation application for macOS and Windows. Lensor does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal data.

Screen content and translation

Lensor views your screen only to read subtitles from the application window you select. Screen frames are processed transiently in memory and are not recorded, stored, or uploaded to Lucy Goods.
On macOS, capture uses the macOS Screen Recording permission. On Windows, capture uses Windows' Windows.Graphics.Capture interface and runs only while the selected window is in the foreground.
On both platforms, capture is limited to the application you select: your desktop, your other applications, and your notifications are not included in the captured image. The image is further cropped to the region of the screen where the subtitle appears. No audio is captured and the cursor is not captured.
Subtitle recognition (OCR) runs entirely on your device: with Apple's Vision framework on macOS, and with Windows' own text recognition service on Windows. The recognized text does not leave your device at this stage.

Translation engines

On-device (offline) translation. On macOS, Apple Translation runs on the Mac. On Windows, Lensor has its own offline translation engine; it translates from English into Turkish, Arabic, Czech, Hungarian, Thai, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. On first use the engine downloads the translation model for your selected target language from models.lucygoods.app; during that download the content delivery network processes ordinary connection information such as your IP address in order to deliver the file to you. Once downloaded, the engine works entirely without an internet connection and the text it translates never leaves your device.

Cloud translation engines (optional). On Windows, DeepL or Microsoft Azure Translator; on macOS, DeepL, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a self-hosted server. When you explicitly select a cloud engine, Lensor first asks for permission and then sends only recognized subtitle text to that provider. Screenshots are not sent. The provider processes that text under its own terms and privacy policy.

Recognized text travels directly from your device to the provider you selected; it does not pass through Lucy Goods servers.
API keys for cloud translation providers are stored in the macOS Keychain on macOS and in Windows Credential Manager on Windows, and are sent only to the provider you selected, for authentication. These keys are not sent to us, not backed up to the cloud, and not synchronized between devices.
You can revoke all cloud-translation permissions at any time in the app's settings. Lensor then switches back to the on-device engine.

Optional account

Lensor can be used without an account. If you choose to sign in, our authentication processor, Supabase, provides an account identifier and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). You can sign in with Apple or Google on macOS, and with Google on Windows. We use them only to authenticate and manage the optional Lensor account. They are not linked to analytics. Session tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain on macOS and in Windows Credential Manager on Windows.

You can permanently delete the account from Delete Account inside the app. This deletes the Supabase account and account-linked records. On macOS, if an Apple authorization token is available, the deletion service also revokes Sign in with Apple; if it is not available, Lensor links to Apple's official authorization-management instructions. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; the subscription remains managed by the store you purchased it from (Apple on macOS, the Microsoft Store on Windows) and must be cancelled there.

Support requests

On macOS, if you choose to send the in-app Contact Us form, we collect the name, email address, subject, message, app/build version, locale, license state, and Mac model information displayed in that form. Supabase stores the request so we can respond, and Resend processes the confirmation and support emails. On Windows there is no in-app support form; you email support@lucygoods.app directly, and we receive only what you send us.

Lensor never attaches screenshots, subtitle text, translation text, passwords, or API keys to a support request automatically.

The diagnostic export is created locally and remains on your device unless you explicitly save and send it. It contains app/OS/hardware-class information plus event names and timings; persisted diagnostic files exclude subtitle and translation text, credentials, email addresses, serial numbers, and IP addresses.

Optional anonymous analytics

PostHog (EU) analytics remains off until you explicitly select Allow. If allowed, Lensor sends a random installation identifier and limited product events: app launch, translation start, selected language pair, selected translation engine, offline model downloaded, offline engine released, account sign-in / sign-out / deletion, and purchased product identifier. Events carry the app version, operating system version, and hardware/processor information.

It never sends your name, email, Supabase/Apple/Google account ID, subtitle or translation content, screenshots, or API keys. No data derived from screen capture is included in analytics. Lucy Goods does not combine the random analytics identifier with account or support data and does not use it for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by turning off the corresponding setting in the app. No further analytics events are sent after withdrawal.

Purchases

On macOS, monthly subscriptions, the three-day introductory free trial, and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. On Windows, monthly subscriptions, the seven-day free trial, and lifetime purchases are processed by the Microsoft Store.

Lucy Goods does not receive payment-card details. Lensor reads the store's signed license status locally to unlock access. If analytics is enabled, only the purchased Lensor product identifier is sent to PostHog as described above.

Service providers and safeguards

We use Supabase for optional authentication, PostHog EU for opt-in analytics, and a content delivery network to distribute the offline translation model. Supabase and Resend are also used for the macOS support form. We require processors acting for Lucy Goods to protect data consistently with this policy and applicable law. Screen frames are not sent to any of these providers. Optional cloud translation providers are selected and configured directly by you and process submitted text under their own policies.

Data is encrypted in transit. Authentication tokens and translation credentials stored by the app use the operating system's vault (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager). Sign in with Apple refresh tokens retained solely for account-deletion revocation are encrypted before storage and are inaccessible to ordinary app users.

Retention and deletion

Screen frames are not retained at all. Each frame exists only in memory for the moment it is analyzed and is discarded immediately; no frame is written to disk, cached, or transmitted. Recognized subtitle text is likewise not retained; it is released from memory once the translation has been displayed.
Optional account data is kept while the account exists and is deleted when you use Delete Account.
Support requests are retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required to resolve an active dispute or meet a legal obligation.
Opt-in anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 24 months.
Local preferences, credentials, the downloaded translation model, and diagnostic files remain on your device until you remove them, reset the relevant setting, or uninstall/delete the app's data.
Provider backups age out under the provider's backup cycle and are not used to recreate a deleted active account except where legally required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@lucygoods.app. We may need to verify the request. Because PostHog analytics is deliberately not connected to an account or email address, it cannot be retrieved using an account email.

We never sell or share your data with advertisers, and never use it for tracking.
