Kullanım hakkı
Lensor'u sahip olduğunuz veya kullanma yetkiniz bulunan cihazlarda, hukuka uygun biçimde eriştiğiniz içerikleri anlamaya yardımcı olmak amacıyla kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulama hiçbir oyunun, konsol içeriğinin veya üçüncü taraf hizmetin mülkiyetini ya da yeniden dağıtım hakkını devretmez. Açık kaynak bileşenlerinin kendi lisansları ve bu lisansların sağladığı haklar saklıdır; bu metin o hakları daraltmaz.
İşlev ve gereksinimler
Lensor, desteklenen yerel ağ bağlantısına sahip uyumlu bir konsolun ekrandaki altyazılarını tanıyıp çeviri katmanı gösterir. Her konsol, oyun, dil, TV yazılımı veya altyazı düzeni için uyumluluk garantisi verilmez. Ekran üstü gösterim izni, uygun ağ bağlantısı ve eşleştirme gerekir. OCR ve çeviri hatalı, eksik veya gecikmeli olabilir. Tıbbi, hukuki, güvenlik veya mali kararların tek kaynağı olarak kullanılmamalıdır. Altyazı çevirisi oyun dosyalarını değiştirmez ve içerik korumasını aşma amacı taşımaz.
Sağlayıcılar ve ücretler
Yerel çeviri varsayılan seçenektir ve API kullanım kotası yoktur; modeller için ilk indirmede internet gerekir. İsteğe bağlı bulut motorlarının hesabı, anahtarı, ücretleri, kotası ve kullanım koşulları size ve ilgili sağlayıcıya aittir. Lensor hesabınızdaki üçüncü taraf harcamalarına bir üst sınır garantisi vermez. Gösterilen sayaçlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; faturalandırma kaydı yerine geçmez.
Kontrol ve gizlilik
Çeviriyi uygulamadan durdurabilirsiniz. 30 dakika yeni doğrulanmış altyazı görülmezse hizmet kendini durdurur. Durdurma, kayıtlı hesap ve konsol eşleştirmesini silmez. Verilerin işlenmesi uygulamadaki Android TV Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır. API anahtarlarınızı ve eşleştirme kodlarınızı paylaşmamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Bağımsızlık ve haklar
Lensor bağımsız bir uygulamadır; konsol, oyun, işletim sistemi veya çeviri hizmeti sağlayıcılarının resmî ürünü değildir ve onlar tarafından onaylandığını ileri sürmez. Üretici tarafından yapılabilecek sistem veya protokol güncellemeleri uygulamanın işlevini etkileyebilir veya durdurabilir; uyum için makul çaba gösterilir ancak kesintisiz çalışma garantisi verilmez. Üçüncü taraf adları yalnızca gerekli işlevi, uyumluluğu veya lisans sahibini belirtmek için kullanılır. İlgili haklar sahiplerinde kalır.
Sorumluluk ve zorunlu haklar
Hizmet mevcut özellikleriyle sunulur; kesintisiz çalışma veya kusursuz çeviri taahhüt edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin vermediği sorumluluk sınırlamaları uygulanmaz. Bu metin tüketicinin vazgeçilemeyen yasal haklarını, mağazanın geçerli iade kurallarını veya açık kaynak lisanslarından doğan haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Provider
Lensor is provided by Lucy Goods LLC. Support: support@lucygoods.app. This agreement applies specifically to the Android TV edition; desktop store platform-specific EULAs do not apply to this edition.
Right to Use
You may use Lensor on devices you own or are authorized to use, solely for the purpose of assisting in understanding legally accessed content. The application does not transfer ownership, licensing, or redistribution rights for any game, console content, or third-party service. All open-source components retain their respective licenses and rights; nothing in this agreement restricts those rights.
Functionality and Requirements
Lensor receives a video stream over your local network from a supported, paired console, recognizes subtitle text on-device, and displays an overlay translation layer. No warranty is made regarding compatibility with every console, game, language, TV operating system, or subtitle layout. Display overlay permission, a supported local network connection, and initial pairing are required. OCR and translation may be imperfect, delayed, or incomplete. It must not be relied upon for critical, medical, legal, security, or financial decisions. Subtitle translation does not modify game files and does not bypass copyright protection mechanisms.
Providers and Fees
Local translation is the default option and incurs no API usage fees; language models are downloaded over the internet upon first use. Optional third-party cloud translation engines (DeepL, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) require your own API key, account, and quota; all associated terms, conditions, and usage fees are strictly between you and the respective provider. Lensor does not guarantee spending caps or billing limits on third-party provider accounts. Usage counters displayed in the app are for convenience only and do not replace official billing statements.
Control and Privacy
You may stop translation at any time from the app. If no newly confirmed subtitles are detected for 30 consecutive minutes, the service automatically stops. Stopping the service does not remove saved console credentials or pairing keys. Data processing details are described in the Android TV Privacy Policy. You remain solely responsible for keeping your API keys and pairing credentials secure.
Independence and Rights
Lensor is an independent application. It is not an official product of, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by console manufacturers, game developers, operating system vendors, or translation service providers. System or protocol updates made by the console manufacturer may impact or discontinue app operation; reasonable efforts are made for compatibility without guarantee of continuous service. Third-party trademarks and names are used solely to indicate necessary compatibility and functionality. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability and Consumer Rights
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free translation. Limitations of liability apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement diminishes statutory, non-waivable consumer protection rights, applicable store refund policies, or rights granted by open-source licenses.
Changes and Contact
